Main Role:

• Assistance in processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers and refunds according to the company policies and procedures;
• Assistance in transaction processing in the company’s back office system;
• Handling customer inquiries regarding relevant transactions;
• Liaising with payment processors in relation to processing of transactions;
• Assist in any adhoc requests by team leader/manager;

Working Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 09:00 – 18:00 with 1 hour break and Friday : 10:00 – 16:00 with 30 minutes break
• Monday to Thursday: 12:00 – 21:00 with 1 hour break and Friday : 15:00 – 21:00 with 30 minutes break
• Shifts are applicable on weekly rotation
• Public holidays are applicable on a rotation basis.

Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage;
• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or in a related field;
• Excellent English and Greek communication skills (both verbal and written);
• Ability to perform duties effectively while working under pressure;
• Attention to detail;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
