What You’ll Do:

Client Management Mastery

  • Be the trusted face for clients, turning their visions into growth-driven strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with clear and proactive communication.
  • Anticipate and fulfill client needs, ensuring satisfaction at every turn.

Klaviyo & Email Strategy Expertise

  • Be the mastermind behind email flows and campaigns in Klaviyo.
  • Monitor key metrics like Open Rate and CTR, translating data into insightful strategies.
  • Create and present powerful performance summaries to leadership.
  • Familiarity with Mailchimp is a plus, enhancing your versatile toolset.

Operational Leadership

  • Command the orchestration of 25+ lively eCommerce accounts.
  • Lead coordination across Klaviyo experts, talented copywriters, and creative designers.
  • Hold strategic weekly syncs to keep creativity and execution aligned.

Systems & Processes

  • Manage and optimize ClickUp systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Detect bottlenecks swiftly and streamline processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Constantly scout for new ways to enhance agency operations.

  • Expertise in Klaviyo—flows, campaigns, delivery metrics are your playground.

  • Skill in building robust systems that keep operations running smoothly.
