Responsibilities of the Client Relationship Management Position:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
- Plan, organize, and conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs, provide updates, and address any concerns.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention by maintaining professional and supportive relationships.
- Act in the best interest of clients by promptly addressing inquiries and consistently delivering top-tier service.
- Promote positive client experiences to encourage favorable reviews and feedback.
- Stay updated on the latest developments, products, and marketing promotions, and communicate this information effectively to clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to re-engage inactive clients.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction
- Adherence to the company’s legal guidelines and compliance policies.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in German, with excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in handling clients within the financial services industry.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
- A client-centered mindset with a dedication to providing outstanding service.
- High level of reliability and integrity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, dynamic, and goal-oriented approach to work.
- Holding a CySEC Basic certification is considered an advantage
