We are looking for a Community Manager who truly understands trading — someone who lives and breathes the prop trading, CFD, futures, or crypto space. You’ll be responsible for building and running company’s Discord community from the ground up — creating a space where traders feel connected, supported, and inspired. This is a key role for someone who enjoys being close to the community, understands the trading culture, and wants to help shape how company grows online. You’ll also work closely with the social media and marketing teams when needed, sharing insights, managing engagement, and supporting campaigns.
Job Requirements
- Experience as a Community Manager or in a community-facing role.
- Strong understanding of Discord management and community structure.
- Excellent written communication and conversational skills in English.
- Knowledge of trading platforms, terminology, and trader behavior.
- Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
Job Responsibilities
• Building, managing, and growing company’s Discord community — moderating discussions, creating structure, and ensuring a positive and active environment.
• Engaging with traders daily — answering questions, sharing updates, and encouraging conversations.
• Creating activities and discussions that strengthen community connection.
• Working together with the social media and marketing team in aligning communication and campaign efforts.
• Collecting and sharing community feedback to help improve company’s products and messaging.
• Being the friendly, professional voice of company’s inside the community.
Who You Are
• You know the mindset of traders and how to connect with them authentically.
• You’ve managed or been part of online communities before, especially on Discord or Telegram.
• You’re proactive, responsible, and good at building relationships online.
• You enjoy being part of a small, fast-moving team where ideas matter.
• It’s a big plus if you’ve worked in or around prop trading, brokerage, or fintech companies.
