Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual with experience and skills in online content management. As Rewards Specialist Content Manager you will be Involved with the entire portfolio of technical implementations and configurations for our online casino product and its promotional incentive structures. You will analyze and configure required setups to ensure customer incentive triggers and rewards and in scheduled timely and effectively and investigate any customer related queries. You will work closely with different departments; thus, organization and strong communication skills are needed. Tasks require a strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities and ability to work under tight deadlines. An ambitious and hard-working individual who is comfortable working in a hands-on role with excellent planning, organizational skills
Responsibilities include:
- Create, develop and manage incentive and logical implementations to reward customer requirements.
- Communicate with customer facing departments as 2nd level support for investigations and quality assurance regarding the relevant incentive configuration.
- Communicate with games integration team to ensure alignment required to guarantee promotional components to work effectively and efficiently.
- Conceive and configure implementations and communicate with technical staff and stakeholders about them.

- Previous technical experience around online casino marketing features is of advantage
- Excellent command of the English language, other languages are not required but can be helpful
