We are looking for a mid‑level Content Writer who can take full ownership of brand messaging, content creation, and cross‑channel communication. You will define our voice, produce high‑quality copy across all formats, ensure compliance, and support creative projects that build trust, clarity, and performance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Brief, draft, and edit content for web/blog, landing pages, email, video scripts and social; ensure each asset has a clear goal, audience, and CTA.
  • Translate complex USPs (e.g., regulated environment for prop, algorithmic risk management) into plain language that differentiates us credibly.
  • Produce authoritative, well‑structured explainers, tutorials, product pages, and social copy that reinforce trust.
  • Partner with Design, Product, Analysts, and Marketing Ops to source insights, fact‑check, and repurpose content per channel; uphold the KPIs and compliance signals used to evaluate content quality.
  • Create and maintain Brand Voice Guide, including tone, style, vocabulary, what we translate vs. what stays in English, and how we communicate as a company.

Write high‑quality content for:

  • Presentations & decks
  • Video scripts (explainer, product, brand awareness, ads)
  • email campaigns & automated flows
  • Social media copy across platforms
  • Banner ads, CTAs, headlines, taglines
  • Landing pages & product pages
  • Blog posts and articles when needed
  • Craft strong, clear product messaging and positioning aligned with brand strategy.
  • Ensure all content adheres to regulatory/industry guidelines (no promises, no exaggerated claims, correct disclaimers).
  • Maintain content consistency across all channels and languages.
  • Take full ownership of large‑scale content projects from idea → brief → execution → delivery with minimal supervision.
  • Suggest creative angles for brand awareness campaigns, storylines, and video concepts.
  • Develop taglines, messaging frameworks, and content briefs for new products or marketing initiatives.
  • Pitch new content ideas to improve engagement, clarity, and trust.

Work closely with Marketing team members to ensure copy is aligned with:

  • Brand standards
  • Performance goals
  • Product requirements
  • Platform best practices
  • Manage feedback from multiple stakeholders while protecting messaging consistency and brand voice.
  • Assist with planning, content priorities, and task coordination when needed.

Create copy variations tailored to:

  • Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube
  • Display and programmatic
  • App store listings
  • Performance-driven landing pages
  • Adjust copy to pass platform restrictions (e.g., content sensitivities for finance).

Use AI tools to:

  • Speed up drafts
  • Generate variations
  • Edit and refine content
  • Help with translation checks
  • Support ideation and research
  • Maintain human oversight to ensure accuracy, tone, compliance, and brand quality.

Required Skills/ Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or content management.
  • Excellent command of English (native‑level or near‑native).
  • Proven ability to produce clear, persuasive, structured copy across multiple formats.
  • Strong storytelling skills and an eye for detail.
  • Ability to independently lead projects from brief to final delivery.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, marketers, and media teams.
  • Strong proofreading and editing skills.
  • Comfort writing within compliance boundaries (especially important in finance).
  • Ability to learn complex topics quickly and turn them into simple, understandable content.
  • Experience using AI tools for productivity.
  • Multitasking and prioritization abilities to handle fast-paced environments.

Preferred experience :

  • Prior experience in Forex, Prop Trading, Brokerage, or Fintech is highly preferred.
  • If no industry experience: strong examples of taking ownership to learn technical/complex subjects independently.
  • Experience writing for regulated industries or performance-driven marketing teams.
