We are looking for a mid‑level Digital Marketing Specialist who can independently manage and optimize our paid marketing ecosystem across Google Ads, tracking infrastructure, and performance analytics. This person will fully own campaign execution, tracking flows, compliance considerations for the trading/brokerage industry, and work closely with internal teams to scale marketing initiatives safely and effectively.
This role requires someone who is hands‑on, proactive, technically capable, and able to navigate the strict advertising rules for trading brands.
Key responsibilities:
- Fully own Google Ads (Search, Display, Discovery, YouTube), Properller ads and other platforms, including:
- Campaign creation, optimization, and scaling
- Keyword research & negative keyword frameworks
- Smart bidding and manual strategies when needed
- Ad copy direction & asset testing
- Assist setting up ads on Meta
- Plan and push campaigns into new regions, understanding geo restrictions, cultural nuances, and platform limitations.
- Create campaign ideas, proposals, and performance projections.
- Ensure all ads follow Google’s financial services policies and global brokerage/trading compliance rules to avoid account warnings, disapprovals, or bans.
- Set up, configure, and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM):
- Events
- Custom triggers
- Conversion tracking
- Data Layer enhancements
- Set up Smartlook / Hotjar (heatmaps, session recording, funnels) to identify UX issues & improve landing‑page flows.
- Maintain and optimize Google Analytics tracking (GA4 setup, events, parameters, conversions).
- Create and maintain tracking links (UTMs, templates, naming conventions) for all marketing activities.
- Own the end‑to‑end attribution flow: Ad → Landing Page → CRM → Sales/Conversion.
- Connect marketing campaigns to CRM events:
- Lead capture
- Quality evaluation
- Conversion milestones
- Monitor lead flow quality and work with sales/ops to refine audience targeting.
- Ensure all marketing data is flowing properly into CRM dashboards.
- Constantly monitor campaign metrics and identify:
- Drop‑offs
- Expensive segments
- Poor‑quality leads
- UX blockers (through heatmaps/sessions)
- Identify opportunities to improve:
- Landing‑page speed
- Conversion rate
- Ad relevance & score
- Funnel performance
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Understand limitations related to:
- Trading‑brokerage advertising on Google
- Restricted phrases
- License requirements
- Disclaimers and necessary risk‑warning placements
- Use AI tools to accelerate:
- Keyword mining
- Competitor research
- Ad copy variations
- Data analysis summaries
- Campaign structuring
- Maintain human oversight to ensure accuracy, compliance, and strategy alignment.
Required Skills/ Qualifications:
- 3–5 years experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
- Strong hands‑on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Smartlook/Hotjar or similar
- Meta
- Strong understanding of tracking flows, UTMs, and conversion attribution.
- Knowledge of landing‑page CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
- Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.
- Understanding of financial/trading industry restrictions on ad platforms.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).

- Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).

Additional Nice to Have:
- Basic HTML/CSS understanding to read or troubleshoot tracking issues.
- Familiarity with Cloudflare, WAF, or IP restrictions (esp. for compliance geo-blocking).
- Basic SQL or Looker Studio for reporting dashboards.
- Experience with Bing Ads, TikTok Ads, or programmatic platforms.
- A/B testing experience (ads, landing pages, funnels).
