Role Overview:
We are seeking Freelance Scouts in Cyprus to help us identify promising football talent across the country. This role is open to anyone passionate about the game no prior scouting experience is required. Full training and guidance will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Attend matches and tournaments in Cyprus to spot young football talent. Share scouting reports and basic player footage. Build connections with local clubs, coaches, and communities. Act as a representative of EP Sports Group in the local football scene.
Requirements:
Must be based in Cyprus. Strong passion for football and knowledge of the game. Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn. Access to a smartphone/tablet or camera for match footage.
Good communication skills in English (Greek is a plus).
