Position Summary:
They are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join their marketing and creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content across print and digital formats, supporting our branding, advertising, and marketing efforts. The candidate should also have the ability to write clear and engaging short-form content when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design a wide range of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, flyers, social media content, signage, and more
- Develop brand-aligned visuals for online platforms, including website graphics, email campaigns, and paid advertising
- Create and manage artwork for project branding (e.g., billboards, fencing, hoardings, and brochures)
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and development teams to deliver compelling and visually consistent campaigns
- Write short-form content or captions for digital materials such as social posts, ads, and flyers
- Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and communicate a clear and engaging message
- Manage and prioritize multiple design projects under tight deadlines
Requirements
- At least 1–3 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a marketing or digital content creation role
- Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work, especially in digital marketing and social media contexts
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram advertising formats and best practices
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is an advantage
- Understanding of basic marketing principles and how design impacts engagement and conversion
- Experience with social media analytics tools to track and optimize content performance
