We are looking for an experienced and creative Head Barman to lead our bar operation year-round. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional beverage service, manage the bar team, and maintain high standards in a luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bar operations and ensure top-quality service.
- Prepare and present premium cocktails and beverages.
- Lead, train, and motivate bar staff.
- Manage stock, ordering, and cost control.
- Develop and update cocktail menus.
Candidate Profile
- 23 years experience as Head Barman or Senior Bartender in a 45 star environment.
- Strong mixology and beverage knowledge.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Professional, organized, and able to work under pressure.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluent in Greek and English.
