About the Role
As the Head of Support, you’ll be the linchpin between our commercial vision and day-to-day execution. You will lead a dynamic team dedicated to optimizing processes, managing key tools and systems, delivering insights, and ensuring our team is equipped to succeed. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the closure Support and Backend team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with deals Leadership to align on strategy, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Design and refine trade processes, tools, and reporting to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Oversee CRM management, data integrity, and support tools to ensure seamless operations.
- Drive the development and execution of onboarding and training programs for staff.
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline quote-to-order workflows and customer interactions.
- Act as a bridge between Support, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure end-to-end alignment.
Your Knowledge Areas and Experience:
- Proven experience in deals operations, support, or enablement—preferably in a leadership capacity.
- Fluent in English – German speaker is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Expertise in CRM platforms and support tech stacks.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a track record of leading through change.
