XS is a licensed and fast-growing multi-asset CFD broker. We are looking for a Junior Trading Operations Analyst to join our team of experts in Cyprus, Limassol.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Trading Platform Monitoring
- Oversee the operation of trading platforms with respect to client order reception and transmission.
- Monitor pricing and order execution across all products.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the company’s systems and trading platforms, escalating technical issues when necessary.
- Handle client requests and complaints, providing technical support related to trading execution.
Risk & Exposure Management
- Monitor client exposures and company risk positions.
- Track leverage, margin requirements, and concentration risks.
Market & Client Activity Analysis
- Analyze and report on client trading activity.
- Generate reports in line with internal procedures to identify trading patterns or suspicious activity.
- Stay up to date with market news and monitor trends across all major asset classes.
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Business Management, or a related field.
- Ability to work on a rotational schedule.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Well-organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or another related field (desirable).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills for monitoring exposures and market conditions.
- Attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure in fast-moving markets.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with other teams.
- Fluency in English (oral and written).
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Ability to work under pressure and on a rotational schedule.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Curiosity and adaptability in highly dynamic environments.
- No prior experience required.
