We are seeking a creative, results-oriented Lead Digital Designer to join our dynamic marketing team — with a strong focus on performance marketing. This role is perfect for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and understands how to create visuals that not only look great but also convert.
You’ll be responsible for designing impactful, conversion-focused assets across social media ads, display banners, landing pages, emails, and other paid media formats. Working closely with performance marketers, copywriters, and other creatives, you will play a critical role in shaping how our brand connects with audiences across global markets — especially within the FX and online trading space.
Your EDGE Assignment/You Will
- Design compelling static and motion graphics for paid channels (including Meta, Google Display Network, TikTok, and more).
- Create variations for A/B testing, optimizing creatives to boost CTR, conversion rate, and overall campaign performance.
- Adapt creative assets for different audiences, languages, regions, and placements, ensuring high impact across touchpoints.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the performance marketing team, copywriters, and content strategists to align visual storytelling with campaign goals.
- Maintain brand consistency across all materials, while tailoring assets for direct response objectives.
- Stay ahead of digital advertising trends and platform-specific creative guidelines (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Creative Center, Google Ads specs).
- Ensure file organization and asset delivery follow best practices and meet platform technical requirements.
- Bring fresh ideas and insights to creative strategy discussions, leveraging data to continuously improve asset effectiveness.
Are you the one?
- 5+ years of experience as a Digital Designer, with proven exposure to paid media or direct response advertising.
- Previous experience in the Forex, Fintech, or Online Trading industry is required.
- High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite — especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- A portfolio that clearly demonstrates strong ad design skills and a focus on paid social/display campaigns.
- Solid understanding of how design impacts performance metrics like CTR, CVR, and engagement.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and iterate on creatives based on results.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple briefs and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude, creative problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, testing-oriented environment where agility and iteration are key.
