What the job looks like?

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be a core executional pillar of Tickmill’s in-house Global Performance Marketing Hub. This is a hands-on, highly performance-driven role focused on executing, optimizing, and scaling paid digital campaigns across key acquisition channels.

You will work closely with the Head of Digital and other channel specialists to activate global strategies, manage day-to-day campaign performance, and continuously improve efficiency, lead quality, and ROI. This role is ideal for a strong performance marketer who lives in ad platforms, understands full-funnel optimization, and thrives on data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Execute and manage performance-driven campaigns across Paid Search (PPC), Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, and Media Buying platforms.
  • Own day-to-day campaign setup, optimization, scaling, and budget pacing in line with global strategy and performance targets.
  • Continuously optimize bids, targeting, creatives, audiences, and placements to improve CPA, ROAS, and lead quality.
  • Launch and manage A/B tests across ads, audiences, formats, and landing pages, turning insights into scalable improvements.

Performance & Analytics

  • Monitor performance across the full funnel (click → lead → qualified lead → conversion).
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
  • Work with centralized dashboards and attribution models to evaluate true channel impact.
  • Actively contribute insights and learnings to global performance playbooks and best practices.

Creative & Funnel Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the Performance Hub on global master assets, creatives, and landing pages, ensuring correct implementation and testing.
  • Provide feedback on creative performance and audience response to inform future iterations.
  • Ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines, compliance requirements, and local market nuances.

Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration

  • Work closely with regional teams to support localized campaign rollouts and optimizations.
  • Incorporate feedback on lead quality, sales outcomes, and market-specific performance.
  • Support fast activation of new campaigns, offers, and tests across markets.

KPIs & Success Metrics

  • Cost per Qualified Lead / Acquisition (CPA)
  • Volume and quality of conversions (FTDs, activations, qualified leads)
  • ROAS or efficiency vs budget targets
  • Speed of execution and testing velocity
  • Contribution to shared performance insights and best practices

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, PPC, or paid media roles.
  • Strong practical experience managing campaigns in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and/or programmatic DSPs.
  • Proven ability to optimize campaigns against clear performance KPIs (CPA, ROAS, volume, quality).
  • Solid understanding of tracking, attribution, and analytics (Google Analytics, GTM, dashboards).
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and audience segmentation.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
  • Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy industries (finance, trading, fintech) is a strong plus.

What We’re Looking For

  • A doer, not just a planner – you enjoy being deep in the platforms.
  • Commercially minded: understands that performance marketing is about business outcomes, not vanity metrics.
  • Analytical and curious, with a test-and-learn mindset.
  • Comfortable working with structure, frameworks, and performance standards.
  • Team player who enjoys sharing insights and improving how the whole engine performs.

By joining us, you can expect:

  • A Unique Opportunity for a career in a global, fast-growing company.
  • Attractive remuneration package based on qualifications and experience (including 13th salary and Discretionary Bonuses to reward exceptional performance).
  • Opportunities to learn and grow through our “Employee Training & Development program”.
  • Medical Insurance Cover, which includes Outpatient, Inpatient, and Dental Care.
  • Multiple events to bond with the team and the group through Quarterly/Semestrial Team Activities for all the Company.
  • Participation in our welfare investment and savings plan through our Provident Fund Scheme.
  • Birthday and Loyalty benefits.
  • Collaboration with SportBenefit.
