The company is looking for an experienced QA Engineer with strong expertise in both manual and automation testing to join their team as a QA Engineer. Lead the quality assurance efforts for their software development projects. As a QA Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the quality strategy, ensuring their applications meet the highest standards of reliability, performance, and security. You will manage and mentor a team of QA engineers, define testing processes, and implement best practices across manual and automated testing to deliver flawless software solutions.
Responsibilities
- This role is focussed on the Manual testing component of the QA process
- Mastery designing and executing test cases and test plans to ensure functionality
- Experience with manual testing of new features following best QA practices
- Ability to analyze the implementation of features to ensure they are testable against design specifications
- Can analyze and understand test results with the ability to summarize and present findings to leads
Requirements
- 7+ years of quality assurance experience
- Knowledge of QA methodology and tools
- Mobile experience will be a plus
- Ability to effectively manage simultaneous projects and prioritize tasks
- Advanced English fluency both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and master of organization
