We’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Analyst with solid knowledge of EMI/PSP regulations and fluency in both Greek and English to support our regulatory operations and expansion strategy.
What will you do
- Monitor and interpret regulatory updates (CBC, EBA, FATF, Mokas, etc.)
- Conduct impact assessments and regulatory analysis
- Draft internal memos and guidance reports
- Maintain compliance documentation and ensure policy alignment
- Work with Legal to review user agreements and T&Cs
- Identify compliance obligations for new products and markets
- Provide regulatory guidance to departments (Risk, Legal, Finance, etc.)
- Support audits, regulatory reporting, and internal compliance reviews
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s in Law, Business, Finance, or related
- 2+ years in regulatory compliance (EMI/PSP/FinTech preferred)
- Excellent understanding of financial regulatory frameworks
- Fluent in Greek & English (written and spoken)
- Analytical mindset, critical thinker, strong communicator
- Team player with a proactive attitude
