Your Role
As a Sales Manager at Domo Properties, you’ll be the bridge between our prestigious portfolio and discerning international clients.
You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and building client relationships to conducting personalized consultations and closing high-value transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Domo Properties with excellence, integrity, and market expertise.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with both local and international clients.
- Conduct property tours, presentations, and consultations tailored to client needs.
- Maintain deep knowledge of our property portfolio, the Limassol market, and investment trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to enhance sales performance and client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and a client-centric approach.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in real estate or high-value sales.
- A consultative approach to selling — you understand that listening comes before closing.
- Fluent English is essential; Russian language skills are a strong advantage.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional presentation, attention to detail, and a results-driven attitude.
- This job is location in Limassol, Cyprus | We will not consider applicants, based outside Cyprus.
