About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Support Officer to join our team based in our Nicosia, Cyprus office. Start Date: December 2025

As a Support Officer, you will serve as the first point of contact for our users, providing assistance with inquiries, technical issues, and general support related to our digital assets platform. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive user experience while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake customer profile checks and handle management tasks.
  • Monitor support systems and escalate issues as needed.
  • Support internal teams with operational or system-related queries.
  • Maintain and update internal records and databases.
  • Oversee and manage support emails, live chats and manual order processes.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Support and operations teams for system improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in office software and backend tools (e.g., CRM systems).
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Backend/Backoffice experience in the financial services is a must
  • Interest or basic knowledge of crypto assets is a plus, but not required
  • Familiarity with ticketing and support systems
  • Fluency in English is a must. German Language would be a plus – but not mandatory.

Schedule:

This position operates within a shift environment between the hours 06:00-23:00. Employees will be required to work in rotating shifts, including day, and evening shifts. Weekends off. Flexibility and reliability are essential.

Working shifts:

06:00-15:00

11:00-20:00

14:00-23:00
