Lot Tech Services Ltd is currently offering an exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced and motivated System Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing both Windows and Linux environments, handling Active Directory, and maintaining reliable network and telephony systems.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Windows Server and Active Directory environments
• Manage and support Linux servers and services
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot FreePBX phone systems
• Monitor and manage network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs, etc.)
• Develop and maintain scripts (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) for automation and monitoring
• Ensure system security, reliability, and performance
• Provide technical support and documentation for IT systems

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server administration
• Experience with Linux server management (Ubuntu, CentOS, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with FreePBX or other VoIP systems
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Scripting experience in PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox)
• Knowledge of cloud services (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions
