The main purpose of this role for Waiters / Waitresses is to provide excellent services and maximize guest satisfaction, by ensuring that Company standards and targets are achieved.
Reports To
Restaurant Manager and/or Manager on Duty
Main Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers
- Present menus and provide detailed information (F&B menu knowledge)
- Prepare tables by setting up linen, silverware. Glasses
- Offer menu recommendations and daily specials
- Use every upselling opportunity as per standards
- Take accurate F&B orders using POS, Handhelds or order slips
- Serve Food & Drinks
- Maintain clean & tidy dining area and equipment
- Deliver & collect bill payments
- Carry dirty equipment to the kitchen pot wash
- Follow all relevant Health & Safety Protocols & Policies
- Attend job specific trainings
- Attend team communication meetings
